# AI agents for small businesses, set up and run for you

Agentifiers sets up bespoke AI agents that take repetitive work off a small team, usually inside Slack or a simple internal tool we build for you. We map the process with you, connect the tools you already use, and run it on hosted Deployments.ai. You need no AWS account and no IT team, and people still approve what matters.

Who it's for

## For small teams where the busywork lands on one person

In a small business, a tedious workflow is not spread across a team. It lands on one person: the office manager who also does payables, the owner who answers customer email at night, the dispatcher who is also the receptionist.

This is done-for-you AI automation for teams like that, with no IT department, no cloud account to manage, and no wish to learn an agent platform. You tell us where the week goes. We turn one process at a time into AI agents that do the reading, looking up, drafting, and routing, and we keep them running.

If your company already runs on AWS, or needs agents in its own cloud, [internal agents](https://agentifiers.com/internal-agents)deploy the same platform in an AWS account in your AWS Organization instead.

## Processes we often start with

Each setup is built around how your business works, not installed from a template. These are common first processes; see [all use cases](https://agentifiers.com/use-cases).

Where it lives

## In Slack, your inbox, or a simple internal tool

Agents work where your team already works. Usually that means Slack: the agent posts what it did, asks for a yes or no when something needs a person, and gets on with the routine steps. Agents can also send email from your own domain.

When a process needs a screen of its own, such as a queue of quotes to approve or a list of open jobs, we build a simple internal tool for it, with the agents behind it.

Agents connect to the systems you already use through their APIs, for example your accounting software, help desk, CRM, calendar, or shared inbox.

How it works

## One process at a time

1. **Map it.** On a call, we walk through one process with the person who does it today: what they read, look up, decide, and send.
2. **Build it.** We build the agents, connect your tools, and agree the approval points with you.
3. **Test it on your own work.** We evaluate the agents on examples from your business before they go live, and you decide when they do.
4. **We run it.** We host it on Deployments.ai, keep an eye on it, and adjust it as your business changes. When it proves itself, we add the next process.

What you don't need

## No cloud account, no IT team

- An AWS account, or any cloud account.
- An IT department or a developer on staff.
- A new app for your team to learn: approvals come to Slack or email.
- Opinions about AI models or prompts. We handle that part.

Safeguards

## The same safeguards as our larger engagements

A small setup does not mean a less careful one. It runs on the same platform, with the same safeguards:

- People approve risky actions before they run: payments, refunds, first messages to a customer, and anything that cannot be undone.
- Every run is traced step by step, so you can see what an agent read, decided, and did.
- Agents reach only the systems and actions you allow.

## Small-business questions

### Do we need an AWS account?

No. For small-business setups, we run the agents for you on hosted Deployments.ai, in our own AWS account, so there is no cloud account for you to create, secure, or pay for. If you later want agents in your own cloud, see [BYOC](https://agentifiers.com/byoc).

### Where do the agents run?

On Deployments.ai, the agent platform we build, which we host and manage in our AWS account. Your team works with the agents through Slack, email, or a simple internal tool we build, and the agents reach your business systems only through the access you grant.

### Which tools can the agents work with?

Most modern business software has an API, including common accounting, help desk, CRM, calendar, and email tools, and agents connect to your systems through those APIs. We confirm your specific systems on the first call, before any build starts.

### How is it priced?

We scope each process up front and bill by invoice: once for the setup, and on an agreed schedule for running it on hosted Deployments.ai. There is no public price list yet. [Tell us about the process](https://agentifiers.com/contact) and we will quote it. See [pricing](https://agentifiers.com/pricing) for how billing works.

### Who approves what the agents do?

You do. Before anything goes live, we agree which actions wait for a person: payments, refunds, first messages to a customer, and anything that cannot be undone. Approval requests arrive in Slack or email with a short summary and a yes or no. Routine steps just happen.

### What if we outgrow it, or want it in our own cloud?

The agents run on the same platform we deploy into AWS accounts for larger clients, so the work carries over. Moving to an AWS account in your own AWS Organization is a step we plan with you, not a one-click switch. See [internal agents](https://agentifiers.com/internal-agents) for how those engagements run.
